I have known Mike for 43 years. He has always been a good friend, a good poker player and an extremely brilliant engineer.. It seems like we both magically found ourselves working on the same or similar projects at multiple companies. It was my pleasure to work with this guy who seemed to always have good answers to complex problems. I have been honored to loose to Mike at poker since that was 0ne of his many areas of knowledge. We don't play poker anymore but Mike, all the gang will miss you. Rest in peace bud and thanks for being such a good friend.

I knew Mike for over 45 years. He had opinions. I knew him both professionally and personally. He came over a few years back to discuss and make sure i knew his version of a cascade IC amplifier. I got schooled. Two weeks before he passed he stopped over just to talk about stuff as he would put it. He missed people during the last year. We played poker together for many many years. I remember one game at -20 there were three of us, we played Omaha Hi Low split a silly game and enjoyed a few whiskeys. I was one of many memorable games. He played guitar for my mother because she liked and enjoyed the music. He made cinnamon rolls, he wrote cookbooks, I have two. Mike was an uncommon person that those of us who crossed paths knew we were lucky to know him.. And now... we miss him greatly...

Mike befriended and taught me and shaped the whole rest of my life.  I will remember and aspire to his patience--so many sessions with him explaining concepts through his meticulous sketches on engineering graph paper, and some good times playing guitar and getting out to see great live music.  I think about him often and will miss him.

I went to college with Kerry and I remember Mike spending a weekend with us. He made two versions of spaghetti, vegetarian and sausage, and I remember that sausage version was amazing. He was so fun!
