Passed away peacefully on Feb. 8, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Florentino "Tino"; sons, Florentino Jr., Richard, Raymond, & Tony Valdez; brothers, Emil & Peter; sister, Virginia. Survived by children, Mary Jo Gonzalez, Christina (Hector) Caballero, Tony (Lori) Martinez, Rosie Mercado, Susie Alsides, and Raymond Valdez; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Dela, Helen, Dolores, Angeline, Alice, Frank "Tuxie", Ray, & John. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 10:30am at OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 401 Concord Street. Visitation one hour prior at the church. Burial Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
