William George Lyes age 89, passed away at Saint Therese Home in Shoreview, Minnesota on October 17, 2026.
William was born March 8, 1937 in Duluth Minnesota.
He attended Hermantown, Minnesota where he graduated in 1955. He also attended UMD, and Northwestern TV and Electronics.
He worked for Honeywell in the Defense Division.
He was privileged to serve in the Army National Guard and the Air Force National Guard, retiried in 1992.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Ellen Lyes, his son Loren, and his son Lowell.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Barbara Lyes.
