Roxanne Matrious

Roxanne Matrious, age, 67 of Hibbing Mn. passed away on June 17 2026 in Maplewood Mn. at St John's Hospital, dying peacefully surrounded by loved ones and family, after a long battle with Cancer.

Born on April 6 1959 in Hibbing Mn, Roxanne was the child of Richard Ray Edmonds and Esther Bernice Edmonds.

Roxanne was a person of many passions. She spent her free time focusing on sports, such as Hockey, Football, Basketball, and Golf. She was also just starting to show interest in Soccer. Roxanne also enjoyed crafts, gardening, motorcycling, vacationing, and Sunday drives that turned into any day drives after Retirement.

Roxanne loved children, and had a way with helping people in need, her heart was huge. She also loved to laugh with friends and family, she got this from her Mother I believe who was nicknamed "Happy".

Her greatest joy in life were her Children, that she loved with all her heart, and thought of them before anything, and she was some mama bear.

Roxanne is survived by her husband Harold Matrious; children Heather and her fiancée Chris, Bradley and his wife Kimberly, and Christopher and his wife Nikki; and sibling brother Terry Edmonds.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Ray Edmonds, and Esther Bernice Edmonds, and siblings Joanne Petrangelo, Garry Edmonds, and Suzanne Edmonds.

A service to celebrate Roxanne's life will be held at a later time and date
