Rachel Kelly

Rachel Rangel Kelly, 80, of the West Side of St. Paul, passed away unexpectedly on March 4, 2024.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Cresencia Rangel; her siblings, Juanita, Eugenia, Fidelia, Mary, Augustine, Kiko; and her daughter-in-law, Shannon.

Rachel is survived by her husband of 60 years, Larry; and her sister, Genevieve. She is also survived by her children, Marisa (Marlon), Robin, Larry Jr. (Nikki), and Mike; Grandchildren, Marques (Sam and her daughter, Ella), Sarita, Mia (Jose), Deion, Jazmin, and Amelia. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Zaevri, Audrei, Laila, Marques Jr., Harleigh, Jeneva, Adaleigh, and Marcel; along with a host of family and friends.

Rachel loved her family and extended family, and will be deeply missed by many.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 401 Concord Ave, St. Paul, MN 55107. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
