Patricia Marie Wolf

Patricia Marie Landem-Wolf, age 60, passed away on January 14, 2026, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Born on July 14, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois, Patricia was daughter to Rita Landem and the late Roy Landem. Her home church is Northwest Bible Baptist Church located in Elgin Illinois. She attended junior high school and high school at Schaumburg Christian School in
Schaumburg Illinois.

Patricia embraced life with creativity and flair. She found joy in painting her nails, and giving herself manicures-expressions of self-care that mirrored her one of a kind personality. She also enjoyed coloring and highlighting her own hair as well as going to get her nails done with her sisters. Shopping trips, movie night, accompanying family and friends on outings and
quiet moments spent reading-simple pleasures that brought her comfort and happiness.

One of Patricia's greatest joys came from being a grandmother. She delighted in sending gifts and surprises through the mail to her grandchildren, always finding creative ways to make them feel special. Her four children would tease Patricia when they were young children and say that her favorite activity and past time was CLEANING!

Patricia is survived by her mother Rita Landem, eldest daughter Allessan Stensgaard (Sylvesteri), second born daughter Lauren Stensgaard, youngest daughter Kristen Stensgaard, two sisters Kathleen and Julie Landem, nieces and nephews Amanda, Maddie,
Nicholas, Jack, Kate, Rina her grandchildren Devin, Shanelle, Addison, Shianne, Kennedy, Kedzie, Sienna and great nephew Ellis. She is preceded in death by her grandfather James Connolly, grandmother Rita Connolly, father Roy Landem, her first born child and only son Ryan Stensgaard, brother John Landem, her first husband Todd Stensgaard and her spouse from a second marriage.

Patricia's memory lives on through the love she shared and the joyful moments she created. May her legacy bring peace to those who mourn her
passing.
