Patricia Marie Wolf

Patricia Marie Wolf (Landem), age 60, passed away on January 14, 2026, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Born on July 14, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois, Patricia—known to most as Tricia—was the beloved daughter of Rita Landem and the late Roy Landem. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend.

One of Tricia’s most cherished roles in life was being a mom. She deeply loved her children, and dedicated herself to caring for her son throughout his terminal health diagnoses. That deep love only expanded when she became a grandmother, another role that brought her great happiness. Tricia took immense joy in her grandchildren, delighting in thoughtful gifts, small surprises, and creative ways of reminding them of just how much they were loved. She found comfort and peace in simple, meaningful moments spent with family.

Tricia is remembered for her kind heart and gentle spirit. Her legacy lives on through her family and friends and the countless memories she created.

Patricia is survived by her mother, Rita Landem; her daughters, Allison, Lauren and Kristen Stensgaard; her sisters, Kathleen and Julie Landem; her grandchildren, Devin, Shanelle, Addison, Shianne, Kennedy, Kedzie, and Sienna; her nieces and nephews, Amanda, Mattie, Nicholas, Jack, Kate, and Rina; and her great-nephew, Ellis.

Patricia was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Rita Connolly; her father, Roy Landem; her son, Ryan Stensgaard; her brother, John Landem; her first husband, Todd Stensgaard; and her spouse from a second marriage.
