Marilyn Lawanda Gipson was born to that late Sampson and Jewel Gipson (Johnson) in Gregory, Arkansas. She and Paulette met in 1975. They spent 5 years Germany and were married in 2019. They spent 50 years together.

She is survived by Children; A'Tileana Daniel, Nasir Jermon, Saniya Amoree, Paul Jermon Jr, Antoinette Marie, Amariana Vonray, Christopher, and Amelia Constance (Rahn). Great-Grandchildren; Ayden Elijah (Jones), Miracle Ann-Marie (Pettis), Aniyah Daniele, A'viana Sachet (Williams), Janiyah La'Rose (Butler), Ah'Merir Mae, and John Demarco Jr (Butler). Siblings; Donny Rae, Linda, Tammy, and Jimmy. Uncle Herman, Aunt Loretta and Uncle Robert

She is preceded in death by siblings; Sampson Jr, Steven, Barbara Jean, Preston Jr. (Nephew), JB (Nephew), and Keisha (Niece).
