Leith Alan "Swens" Swenson
January 13, 1930 — September 15, 2023
Leith "Swens" Swenson, age 93 of Saint Paul, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Patricia, his sister, his parents, and many other friends and family members.
He will be sadly missed by his children Michael, Patricia (Daniel), Sheila (Jerry), Pamela (Michael), and Judith; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
Swens was an avid fisherman and hunter who loved watching football.
A Prayer Service will take place at Simple Traditions by Bradshaw - Humboldt, 488 Humboldt Ave, Saint Paul, on Sunday, October 1st at 4:00 P.M. with a visitation an hour prior.
He will be laid to rest on Monday, October 2nd, with military honors, at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, promptly beginning at 9:30 A.M.
Memorials preferred to a veteran's organization of the donor's choice.
