Katherine is preceded in death by her Husband of 67 years, Harry Brazelton Jr.; Sons, James, Oscar, and Michael; Parents, Pearl Ella Mae Rice, and John Leslie Brooks; Brothers, Arthur Bryant, Oscar Bryant, James Hennesee; Sisters Eva Shelton, and Beulah Word. Katherine is survived by Sons, Larry Brazelton (Chris), Tony Brazelton; Daughters, Sheena Brazelton, Yvonne Brazelton-Singleton (Marco), Bernadine Jefferson (Woodrow), Robin Dixon (James), and April Eason (Harvey); as well as, Her Adoptive son, Odell Johnson (Nancy). Katherine's Long Legacy continues through her 35 Grandchildren, 80 Great-Grandchildren, and 35 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Katherine was blessed to have a host of Nieces, and Nephews from the Brazelton, Shelton (James Shelton Sr, and the entire Shelton Crew) Bryant, and Hennessee Families. Katherine was known lovingly as " Aunt Kat”, by many, who knew, and loved her.

We will truly miss her, she was "One in a Million"
