Jennifer was a fun, strong, and passionate women. She was encouraging and honest, who always spoke her mind, loved to learn and talk to people. Her fascination with learning and talking to people made it easy for her to connect with many people. She touched the lives of many people around her. She was a mother who loved her children deeply and a friend who always found any chance she had to let the people she loved and cared about know she was proud of them and always wanted the best for them.
Jennifer passed away Friday March 6th, 2026, at the age of 45. she was born February 11th, 1981, in South Minneapolis to John Windorpski and Marlene Crawford. Raised by her Grandmother Iola Windorpski, who got her into cooking at a very young age, something that she took into her adult years as a chef for many restaurants and thus leading her to work at a cafeteria for a college that she loved working at, meeting many young bright minds. She was a proud mother of four, always wishing for their success in their endeavors. Her children are Andrea Joy Peterson, Carlos Porras Peterson, Anthony Porras Peterson, and Jose Espinosa.
Jennifer is survived by her siblings Jesse Peterson, Sean El-Shabazz, Angelene Wu, and Sara Clarke. Jennifer is a new grandmother to her son Anthony's first-born Pol Antione Porras Flores.
