Jeff passed away peacefully at home surrounded by people who loved him.
Survived by Wife Leona/daughters Jade & Jennifer. Grandchildren Donovan & Alana. Great Grandchildren Ayvon & Avaya. Siblings Jim, Tim, Janet, Leeann, Lynn, Lori & their families.
Preceded in death by 1st wife Teri, parents William and Eleanor.
A special Thank you to Leeann for her love& support throughout his illness.
