Age 83, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2022.

Preceded in death by his parents, Presiliana Quiroga and Albino Rodriguez; his wife Elvira Rodriguez, and brother, Armando Rodriguez.

He is survived by his children, Ismelda and Roberto Rodriguez, Diana Rodriguez, and Valerie Charles; grandchild, Giovanni Charles; great, great Grandchildren, Amara, Alenah, and Eva; brother, Ismael Rodriguez; nephews, Sergio, Jorje, Rigoberto, Ismael Jr., Hector, Arnoldo, Antonio, Albino; nieces, Norma, Diana, Armandina, Sandra, Evangelina, Irasema; and family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, November 4, 2022, 10:00 A.M. at OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE, 401 Concord Street, St Paul with visitation one hour prior to the Mass at the church.
