Garrick Devin Lee, 56, died unexpectedly on August 13, 2026.

He was born in Minneapolis, MN on October 2, 1969. He was the first born son of Eileen (Sager) Lee and Gordon Lamont Lee and was followed approximately 3 years later by his brother, Kyle Andrew Lee, on March 16, 1972.

The family moved to Ramsey, MN where they made many fond memories. The boys and their friends loved sports and spent many hours playing on their property destroying the small trees that Gordie kept trying to plant by using them for bases and crashing into them with their bikes! Garrick had a head injury at around age 11 that seemed to initiate issues with seizures and a diagnosis of epilepsy that followed him throughout his life.

Garrick's parents divorced in 1986 and the Ramsey house was sold. Garrick's Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Jack Sager spent a lot of time helping out and were very involved with the boys' upbringing.

Gordie was remarried in 1992 to Diana DeGeer and moved into her home in Centerville, MN, where the boys were always welcome.

Garrick held onto his love of sports his whole life. He played both baseball and football growing up. He was a talented baseball player throughout middle school but dropped out of football as he felt he didn't have the size to do well. He loved fantasy football though and played every year against his dad and brother.

Garrick worked for Triangle for many years. He was a dedicated, reliable, and knowledgeable employee that often filled in for others as he had learned most of the jobs done there in the many years he was employed. He was always interested and involved in his community, doing community service projects and attending community gatherings.

In the last few years, Garrick spent a lot of time at his Dad and Diana's home, helping with yard work and other projects that were becoming more difficult for Gordie to do alone. They could always rely on him and were very grateful for everything he did.

Garrick is preceded in death by his mother, Eileen Sager. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Gordon and Diana Lee; his brother, Kyle Lee; step-siblings, Bob (Carrie) Tschida, Sandy (John) Ose, Sue (Andy) Fiskness, Mike (Katrina) Tschida; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
