Frances Maloney-McDounogh

Frances Marie McDounogh, formerly Maloney, of Saint Paul MN, passed away on December 11,2025, after a long battle of COPD, pneumonia and congestive heart failure. Her final moments on this earth were spent holding the hand of the love of her life, Barry James McDounogh.

She was born on June 27, 1959 to Mary Josephine Connolly(Maloney) and Edward Maloney.

Known for her adventurous spirit, humor and love of music, Frances will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her sister, Mary Margaret Cahoon, her children, her 12 grandchildren and her husband Barry.

Frances will be cremated at Simple Traditions of Saint Paul Minnesota. A private ceremony for family and friends will be held oceanside in New England, where Frances grew up in the summer of 2026.
