Doug Gustner

Doug Gustner, 73, of Wayzata, passed unexpectedly while surrounded by family on June 4, 2021. Doug never knew a stranger; anyone who tried to stay that way didn’t last long against his natural charisma and charm. He will be missed by all who had the privilege of meeting him. Doug is preceded by his parents, Douglas and Shirley Gustner; brother, Jon Gustner; and brother-in-law, Todd Lewison. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Dittmer; children, Madeleine (Matt Truex) Dittmer, Judd Gustner, Lee Gustner, Erin (Adam) Newton, Paige (Greg) Shoss, and Audra (Eric) Schnider; 10 grandchildren; siblings, Susan Lewison, Jim (Sue) Gustner, Scott Gustner; sister-in-law, Patty Gustner; a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends, and of course his beloved poodle, Beau.
