Deidra "Beeka" LaFran Steele was born September 27, 1970 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Charlene Steele Rilinger and Donald L. White.

She was educated in the Kansas City Missouri and Oklahoma City School Districts.

She was a very joyful woman who loved her sports and her family. It didn't matter who Deidra met, she always bragged about her family, especially her grandpa Levi who played in the Negro League Baseball, and the famous athletes in her family.

She was preceded in death by her father Donald L. White, her grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

Deidra was called HOME on Sunday, June 15, 2025. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory; her precious daughter, Sirraya Steele whom she loved with all her soul, her mother, Charlene Rilinger (John), her brother, Shawn Steele and Terrance R. James and her nieces and nephews. Others who hold a special place in her heart are her aunts, uncles, and a host of cousins and friends. Deidra also had two very special friends that will miss her dearly; Herbert Foster and Jeffrey. She will truly be missed by all of her family and friends.

We will miss your late calls, Deidra!!!!! Until we meet again, WE LOVE YOU!!!!!
