Charles Otis Jones

Charles O. Jones, age 72, passed away July 6th, 2026

Charles Otis Jones (Charlie Sarge) was born on January 22, 1954 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, to Kenneth and Lillie Jones. He was the third of nine children. Charles resided his entire life in Minnesota and was widely recognized throughout the Saint Paul area. His kindness, caring, and joyfulness drew others to him. He became a fixture in the Westside community.

Charles was preceded in death by Father Kenneth Jones, Step-Father Elliot Jordan, Brother Abdul Shareef, and Sister Joyce Panke.

He is survived by Mother Lille Jordan; sibilings Victor Jones, Linda Jones, Marvin Jones, Arcinia Jordan (Nick), Elliot Jordan, Elaine Jordan-Adams (Matt); and a host of nieces and nephews and other family members.

Funeral Services will be held on August 4th 2026 at noon at Simple Traditions by Bradshaw 488 Humboldt Avenue in Saint Paul, MN with visitation beginning at 11:00am.
