Cecilia “Cece” Debora Grace Randle, 38, passed into the arms of her Savior on July 3, 2026, surrounded by loved ones, after a courageous 2-year battle with a rare type of cancer.
Cece was born in Grand Rapids, MN to Clarence and Ellie Randle on August 23,1987. She was homeschooled and completed the PSEO program at Itasca Community College graduating from high school with her AA degree. She was an accomplished seamstress landing one of her first jobs at the Wedding Parlor making alterations on wedding dresses. Later she worked at Grand Rapids Greenhouse, various banks, Rocky Mountain National Park, and as a Chiropractic receptionist.
At the tender age of 3, Cece accepted Jesus as her Savior which became the focal point of her life defining who she became. Later in life, she attended Bible schools in Washington state and California.
Cece was a born storyteller. At age 5, she mesmerized her listeners making everyone laugh at the stories she created. As a teen, she wrote short stories and read them at bedtime to her siblings, much to their delight.
Cece was an artist and cartoonist, taking art classes from the Minneapolis School of Art as a young teen.
Cece earned the love and admiration of all who crossed her path even if just briefly. Her selflessness, humility, empathy, compassion, wit, and sense of adventure made the world a better place.
Despite her cancer battle, which she fought with tenacity, Cece never lost her compassionate heart and character. Even on the most difficult days, Cece would first check in on the people around her, ensuring that they were taking care of themselves. Refusing to let her illness stop her, Cece continued to live her life of adventure visiting her favorite national parks and several countries. Above all, she made time for family and friends, showing them love and appreciation. To know Cece was to feel seen, encouraged and truly cared for.
Cece is well-known for her love of plants, waterfalls, Lord of the Rings, adventures and hiking. She enjoyed and experienced the world in a way that set her apart, with great depth and reflection. She took in every nuance and made the most of every experience, living in the moment in the best way. Cece asked for very little yet noticed and showed great appreciation for even the smallest gestures of kindness. She valued people, harmony, and experiences without getting swept away by the unimportant distractions that so many of us get lost in.
Cece was preceded in death by sister, Desiree Randle, and brother, Benjamin Randle. Survived by parents, Clarence and Ellie Randle, siblings, Sophia Vaughan, Joshua (Ashley) Randle, Rachelle (Nathan) Bergstedt, nephew, Hektor, fiancé, Ryan Guertin and cat, Lucy.
Her Celebration of Life will be held on July 18, 2026, visitation at 12:00, and service at 1:00 pm at Foundation Church, 23850 Dewey St. NW, Bethel, MN. 55005
