In Loving Memory of Cathe Wilson

Catherine Marie Wilson passed away peacefully on August 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Cathe was the second eldest of seven children. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Thompson; her mother, Dorothy (Elmer) Heppner; and her siblings Donald Thompson, Thomas Thompson, and Carol Thompson. She also joins her beloved husband of 41 years, Roger "Woodie" Wilson, in eternal rest. She is survived by her brother, Gary Thompson; her sisters, Pam Thompson and Paddy Lyons; her daughters Shawn (Matt) Kroger, Kelly (Dave) Lawry; and her son Ryan (Marie). Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Justin and Jenna Lawry, and Logan Wilson. She also leaves behind many adoring nieces, nephews, friends, extended family-and her faithful pups, Charlie and Toby.

Cathe graduated from Kellogg High School in 1967. In 1969, she began a lifelong career with Northwest Airlines, Chicago and Detroit based, where she served with distinction as a flight attendant and Purser for 42 years. Her dedication, professionalism, and warmth in the skies touched countless lives. She retired on August 31, 2011.

In 1983, she married the love of her life, Roger "Woodie" Wilson. Together they built a beautiful life full of laughter, family, and unforgettable adventures. Cathe will be remembered for her generous heart, adventurous spirit, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, kindness, and grace. She will be deeply missed.

Celebration of life to take place Thursday August 21, 2025 at the Community Room in Cardigan Ridge 3300 Rice St. Little Canada, MN 55126. Gathering from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. A brief service will begin at 4:30 PM. If you feel led, please consider sharing a special memory or story following the service.
