Beulah "Penny" Kidney, age 91, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully September 13, 2020. Penny was a hard-working soul who loved nothing more than her family. She was proud to be a single mother, and raised her four children with a strong moral compass, and to be respectful and kind. She will be dearly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
