Died peacefully on Nov. 6, 2016 surrounded by family. Preceded in death by her beloved husband William (Bill). Survived by sons Michael (Linda) & Steven (Elaine). Grandchildren Jessica (Chris), Kathleen (Preston) & Matthew (Kelsey). Great grandchildren Josef, Cooper, Milo & Letta. Beth loved life & her family, her roses, a good book, travels near and far & her morning coffee/crossword puzzle. Beth was involved at church, school and volunteered for decades at The Science Museum of MN. Memorials to Como Park Zoo and Conservatory. Private ceremony.
