Age 88, of St. Paul passed away January 1, 2020. Preceded in death by parents, Leo and Florentina Mendoza; sister, Andrea Garcia; Tino Castillo, Joe Soto, Jesse Rangel; and granddaughter, Melissa Kustelski. Survived by children, Marcos (Ann), Manuel (Anne), Louise Kustelski, Steven (Eileen), Monica, (Tess), Augustine, Theresa Hernandez, and Doloris Soto-Herrera; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. She was a lover of animals and had a green thumb. She also loved to squeeze her grandchildren's cheeks.
