Alexis Aplonia Viray

Born on March 25, 1979, Alexis Apolonia Viray passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, far too soon, leaving behind so many who loved her. She is now reunited with those who preceded her in death: her father, Bill Coady ; her mother, Jeannine Mary Viray; and her sister, Babette Viray.

She is lovingly remembered by her family and by her lifelong partner, Ryan Birch, with whom she shared many happy years and a deep, enduring bond.

Alexis found joy in the simple and beautiful things in life. She loved cooking and creating, always finding ways to make life warmer and more meaningful through the things she made with her hands. She enjoyed knitting, music, and the companionship of her beloved cats. Alexis also took great pride in caring for her home, making it a place of comfort and love. Above all, she treasured spending time with Ryan, whose presence brought her great happiness throughout their life together.

Alexis will be remembered for her creativity, warmth, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 16th at Simple Traditions, 671 Snelling Ave S, St. Paul, MN 55116, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by the service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
