Alberto "Berto" Guerra

Alberto (Berto) Guerra a loving son/brother/father of Inver Grove Heights (was residing in New Brighton) passed away unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident on July 4 th , 2023. He was 26 years old.

Alberto was born to Mother, Margarita Santos Aragon and Father, Alberto Guerra on March 22nd 1997, in Faribault, MN. Alberto grew up in Inver Grove Heights, and graduated from Simley High School. Berto then attended Dakota County Technical College to study Auto Body Collision Technology. Alberto was friends with everyone. Everyone knew who Berto was, and everyone that met him loved him! Alberto had a passion for bikes, motorcycles, and fast cars and trucks. He loved going fast and living life to the fullest. He loved being a father. His two boys were his world! He would get up every day and figure it out for them!

Alberto is survived by his sons, Alonzo Rey Guerra and Amilio Reign Guerra, sister, Angela Hernandez Santos, brother, Miguel Sanchez, mother, Margarita Santos Aragon, uncle, Eduardo Guerra, nieces, Estrella Hernandez Brumfield and Dontia Hernandez-Brown, nephews, Leo Hernandez-Brumfield, Jeremiah Brumfield, Damoni Hernandez, and De’Vonn Hernandez-Gordon, and stepfather, Roque Martinez. Alberto was loved and cherished by a lot of people, so I can’t name everyone, but I want to name a few; Tyler Watters and his family, Jim Bombardo and his family, Felicia Wills, Christina Peterson, Jaleigha and Jalal Jefferson and all his friends and best friends - you know who you are.

Alberto will be missed deeply by so many.

Berto's services will be held at Simple Traditions by Bradshaw - Highland Chapel, 671 Snelling Ave S, Saint Paul, MN, on Monday, July 10, 2023.

Visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
