Thomas Pedersen

Pedersen, Thomas A. 62, St Paul, passed away on Monday, January 5th, 2015. He was born in St Paul to Thomas and Dorothy Pedersen. He graduated high school from Minnehaha Academy. After high school, he went on to obtain his undergraduate and MBA in International Business from three of the top schools in the country. Tom was a life-long scholar and a man with many interests. He traveled extensively and lived in Iran, Amsterdam, Germany and Saudi Arabia. He was an avid reader, writer and lectured internationally. All who met Tom immediately felt drawn to his charismatic personality. He was known for his humor, intellect and thoughtfulness. He is survived by his daughter, Celina; pseudo daughter, Boo Boo; former wife, Dorothy; two sisters, Nancy (Scott) Metro & Lynn (Wayne) Hass; nephews, Duncan (Kris) Ryan & Alex Gilsrud; and niece Angela (Chad) Barclay. His parents and his sister Dorothy precede him in death. Friends and family gathering Thursday, January 15 at 6 p.m. at the Lake Harriet Masonic Lodge #277 at 4519 France Ave. So, Mpls., MN 55410; service will be held at 7p.m. with reception to follow.
