Jolene Laurence

Laurence, Jolene Age 62, of West St. Paul, passed away unexpectedly on April 21, 2017. Preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Marcella Scheidt and brother, David Scheidt. Survived by husband, James; daughter, Micaela; brothers, Dennis and Dewane and beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family. Jolene loved her family and friends deeply and was loved back with equal fervor. She had an uncanny ability to get others to open up and share their stories. She had a belly laugh that made everyone laugh too. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 5th at 11am at GLORIA DEI, 700 S. Snelling Ave., St Paul. Visitation Thursday, May 4th from 4-8pm at SIMPLE TRADITIONS by BRADSHAW, 671 S. Snelling Ave., St. Paul and one hour prior to the service at church. Memorials preferred to the National Alliance on Mental Illness or Suicide Awareness Voices of Education.
