He is survived by his daughter, Robyn (Lian) Tan; grandchildren, Andrew and Alayna; brothers, Roger (Jamie Hubbard), Ronald (Julie); nieces and nephews, Donald, Lisa, David, Regina, Nora. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thaine and Virginia; sister, Rosalie Kresge. A private practitioner of family law since 1975, Bruce was a founding member of the Collaborative Law Institute. His interests included poetry, tennis and jazz music, and he played the baritone saxophone with the 17-piece big band River City Jazz Orchestra for a number of years. Bruce strove to lead a life of integrity and to empower his family. A Celebration of Bruce's Life will be held Saturday, December 8 at 1:00 PM at WHITE BEAR UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST CHURCH, 328 Maple Street, Mahtomedi. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Dakota Unitarian Universalist Church.
